Common questions about the converter.

Yes. The MindPhone uses the SMS Backup & Restore app, which is fully supported. Select "SMS Backup & Restore" as your target in the converter and the output file will work directly on your MindPhone.
No — your pictures, voice notes, and videos come through exactly the same. Nothing changes or gets lower quality.
You don't even need the converter for that! Fig and TAK save messages the same way, so just take your backup file and put it on the other phone — it'll work as is.
Completely safe. Everything happens right on your phone or computer — your messages are never sent anywhere. No one can see them.
No problem — it works with even very large backups (2 GB and up), and it won't slow down your phone.
Not currently. This tool is designed for kosher Android phones. iPhones use a completely different backup system that is not compatible.
